Hi, I'm no psychotherapist but I've worked with women and men for many years in the health care field as a Chiropractor and I've dealt with my own anxiety, social and public speaking phobias for years before getting stronger. In my practice, I've seen people who've soon uncover deeper pains besides physical. These included anxiety, fear, worries, stuck places - like in bad relationships, unable to hold boundaries with most people and feeling like they are drug around.
I knew, like me, they could manage their own unique experiences and the people and things around them better.
I put this program together to particularly help one person who was stuck in a bad relationship. I felt so bad for her way of life. It didn't have to be this way. I realized that many people  never acquired the skills to do anything differently. This course will help you do things differently so you can change the course of your life.
