When you're overworked, you can easily get burnt out, resentful and develop bitterness in your personality.

That's not pleasant for anybody! Especially you.
We all have different jobs. Yours may be parenting, care-taking, being a steadfast advocate for others, being your own boss or working for someone else. You may feel like you are overworked if you feel you have a demanding job that is constantly changing or difficult. You may feel burnt out if you are in a new position and it's not going well or you are still in the same job but things aren't getting any easier - you're constantly being tested.

In your own business, you may be getting little income or incentive to keep going and it's disheartening.

In care-taking, you may put a lot on your shoulders because you do care.

Your job may demand a lot out of you. You may or may not recognize what this does to you.

Listen in and learn about getting a better handle on your habit of working too hard.
  • How working too hard can affect you
  • The rule of 3's to clear the clutter of stuff, ideas and projects that take over your time
  • Understand the 3 month plan concept so you can start chipping away at projects and grow satisfaction and self-confidence everyday
