Health & Weight Loss
Exercise isn’t for everybody but you can be the lucky one who actually likes it.
It can be for you! If you have a minute or so each day. Do you?
The benefits of exercise are great…boosted metabolism, energy and mood, weight loss, better posture, injury prevention, burning calories when you've overeaten, pro-aging, and much more.
However, it can be difficult if you aren’t motivated to do it. In fact, when you are not in the groove with it, it may even feel like it's not for you. To get motivated, let me challenge you to take advantage of these 2 elements of habit change secrets…
Let time and action motivate you! You can watch the video version of this blog here.
The two elements: Time and action better explained follows like this...
So I want to help you make as small a commitment of time and action as possible to get into exercise.
Here's what you can do. Just pick a good, healthy activity that you can keep frequent with for 30 days or so. All you have to do is commit about a minute or so each day for most of these challenges.
Choose one challenge from the action items listed below.
What will you do?
Perform a plank for 30 seconds to a minute a day.
Run a quarter mile 4-6 days a week
