I'm Dr. Julie Wilkening, and like many of you I once desired to make a total transformation. 

I have 14+ years of experience in health and habit change.

How do I interact and engage with the Habit Change LAB™?


  • To participate in the Habit Change LAB ™, you must join the paid program.
  • All groups are open attendance so you select a group day and time that works best for your schedule.
  • Every other week you get an email that shares the workbook lesson for habit change
  • That same week you attend a call for the Habit Change Session Training
  • That same week you attend a second call for the Habit Change LAB™ portion of the training where you are paired with another, you have the Habit Change Session script full of questions based on the phone training you listen to, and you go forward with your partner on this portion of your habit change.
  • These questions are sent to you via email.
  • It is your responsibility to know when the calls are taking place and to come prepared with your Habit Change LAB session of the week, and we suggest you put the time on your calendar and cell phone as a reminder. 
  • During small groups, our leaders and students are supporting you. We are peers and care about what you are doing. We are in the same boat with desiring change and when you invest your time by engaging, showing up on the phone calls, being prepared to peer-coach a partner, you’ll connect and grow in the process.

What day and time do we meet for the Habit Change LAB™?

​We typically we meet around 8pm EST on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the Lab portion.
We meet every other week and can meet every week and every day on the corresponding Inner Circle Facebook page (which is different than the free Habit Change LAB Facebook page).
