I know it's possible because I've made big changes before. I lost 25 pounds in two and a half months, I now eat healthier than ever, I travel often and I'm growing my business and healthy happy friendships and loving relationships.

And who am I?

I have 14+ years of experience in Holistic Health and what I know creates total transformation -so YOU can get results fast.

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Habit Change Coach in Transformational Coaching methods. I have education and practical experience in Habit Change work. I've helped dozens of people (including myself) eat healthier, lose weight, get fit, get motivated, and live fun-filled, colorful lives. Why else does it help to marry someone who eats healthy...it rubs off.

It took some pain of not getting results and a tipping point of being fed up with this state before I finally put together the success secrets in a habit change system.

Even though I knew what to do, I wasn't actually doing it which I now sum up as a problem with...
Knowing What to Do + No action = Still NO RESULTS
Before my 25 pound in 2 and a half months weight loss, I had tons of information and "good" advice. I was even getting my Bachelors degree in Human Physiology and a Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic care. I desperately wanted the weight off but wasn't getting results any way I turned.

​I still spent years in an uncomfortable, flailing rut...slowly gaining wait, getting disorganized, feeling out of control, feeling drug around by my life and eating to compensate.

​It's a struggle when you desperately want change in your: health, weight, lifestyle, relationships, tidyness or desire to really move forward effectively towards your dreams .

This "stuck" state went on too long. I was not the bright shining person I once was.

​How do I make a habit change?

In 90 days (or 12 weeks) you will walk week-by-week through the cycle of habit change. That is the ups and downs, the doubts and the triumphs.

Find your #1 Habit Change

You begin with a Big MOFA (Motivating Factor) and a Quick Start–You gotta want it. If you don’t right now, we’ll get you there. Sometimes we have a laundry list, you need the #1 to start on. To get started right , ALL LIGHTS ON GREEN. Great way to walk you through this in session #1. Then, you are motivated and getting started. So best thing- your best 2 week QS of your best choosing. You are guided to YOUR best steps. I knew my outcome before I got it and this is essential.

Get all Lights on Green

Making space and time – a new pattern takes new focus, sometimes new time made available or requesting new resources. This is actually a big step. Sometimes it’s planning on how to manage those seemingly negatively affected by you getting what you want- you’re not eating all of the meal they serve to you. Keeps your goal and ALL LIGHTS ON GREEN.

Reaching the Apex of the Habit Change Cycle

Freaking out- About this time, you need to be prepared for some weirdness and your habit change lab (if within my program) will be trained to look for self-sabotage. We must get over this point. People see you are now serious. They react. They freak out. What was once cute and maybe slightly entertaining and new to those around you from family, to loved one, to friends, to co-workers to boss is noticed. It is where people turn back…working against you.
