The Foods to Eat to Boost Your Weight Loss Results!

While there's no one super-food for weight loss, there's something better, categories of food options that you can pick and choose from that work for weight loss.

If weight loss is your goal, or if it's better health and stamina, you will want to understand the relationship of your blood sugar and your weight loss.
Most often, our bodies are clogged up with too much refined foods like refined carbohydrates. Refined wheat can literally get gummed up and stuck in your intestines, leaving you little to help move things along. Without fiber and a healthy diet along side your snacks and other refined food choices, you are setting your blood sugar up for a roller coaster of ramp up and store fat, then sit and wait an hour until you make me hungry again...leaving you tired, overweight and with declining health.

How do you break this cycle? You swap some of your refined food choices with some satisfying slow and low carbohydrate food choices.

Choose foods on the "slow" and low carbohydrate side and you'll be looking at better energy, digestion, health and an easier time with your weight loss efforts, while dialing back your food cravings.
