Positivity is a big thing when you want to lose weight and take on a new and good food, exercise or mindset habit change. We can get stuck in dwelling on what we no longer want or want to see. This can put us in a negative mindset, telling ourselves negative stories and inner words. Here’s something you can do instead, give yourself permission to want something without having to be apologetic for it or feel guilty about it. Say or write down exactly what you want on a thing or topic in your life… I want to ________________. What this means for me is ____________. (Insert what you want without needing to know how you'll get it right now) Then tell yourself 3 good things that let you know you like health, you like who you are and accept yourself for who you are, or how you can trust yourself based on something in your current life or past. Just be a little positive and good to yourself. Put yourself in a state of ease and reassurance, then see how much easier it is to get accomplishing your goals! What do you want?
