In the Habit Change LAB, we use a combination of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in our question sequences. These are well-used techniques for self help. Weekly, you download the action sheets and can choose to be on the phone or computer to participate in the labs where important, new-subconscious-thought-sparking questions will be posed. You or your partner (for the session) take note of what you answer.

Here's how...remember what little things, even in the slightest, have gone well for you in the past. This is one HUGE way to start off on powerful foot for your next goals. Without this, you run the risk of starting something from a sad place, a place of dis-empowerment and disbelief and that ain't going to get you moving on to new, amazing results. Getting a powerful come-from is the key to starting your goals right!
2. Uncover your mission + goals
Your mission goes beyond following the marketing and fads of others. If you feel like you've been drug around by your environment and others' plans for you and you're still not getting what you want, it's often because you haven't given yourself permission to break the mold and do something different that resonates with you. And moreover you might not have yet claimed who it is you are in accomplishing this new goal - only when you take ownership you really see results and feel motivated. Uncovering your mission based on what is and what has always been and what you desire to be is how you get weight loss, organization, productive actions and more results.
3. Make 3-5 truly workable steps
Making a plan for your next steps is where you get crystal clear and feel solid on moving forward. Steps are a way of taking measured action as well as tracking what you are doing so you know what's working. You will get the best, to-the-point and healthiest tips within your chosen topic area but you are always guided to tap into your own intuition. Why 3-5 steps? Because any more would really block you from taking action after even a short while and this is the amount you need to often get one 90-day goal on track.
4. Make the subconscious changes that support the new habits you are taking on
Learn and apply the habit change methods to get all lights on green so you get into action - that is, your emotional Limbic brain, Conscious Cerebral Cortex and Subconscious - fight or flight brain. This is using brain science in a fun and effective way.
