We use a combination of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) in our question sequences and action sessions and combine it with a dose of improving your relationship with God and your calling as well. All these techniques are well-used for self help.

I'm Dr. Julie Wilkening, Doctor of Natural Health (Chiropractor), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and your guide in Healthy Habit Change with 14 years of health and wellness experience. Believe me, I understand just how hard it can be to lead a healthy lifestyle or make a plan for your life when you're crazy busy and always on the go!
But it's necessary to uncover and go for the things you want and not be drug around by the world or your problems.
