Hi, I've worked with women and men for many years in the health care field as a Chiropractor and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I've also dealt with my own struggle with weight loss and food cravings for chocolate, sweets and cheeses. I was so happy to find the trick to turn my old cravings and comfort-food-clinging's to healthy desires that fit in any situations. 

It's not difficult to make healthy choices but it does take a bit of  body and mind to make a change. You can't get healthy running on donuts and you can't grow stronger, and healthier with age without conditioning your muscles and keeping up good tone and body posture.
