1) Create a Program
Create a program to either recruit individuals or groups.
1) Consider what the goal outcome will be (The client will...). Example: The client will lose 10lbs in 40 days or The client will use the running program for three weeks.
2) Consider how you measure or quiz that some outcome was obtained. You can use a tracker. It can be D.I.Y., meaning they track their own progress or they can share it with you. They can also share with a private group you've created or just with you.
3) Consider the steps of the program. Usually all you need is to create 3-5 steps. What's first, then next and what's also important to include. These can be action steps or 'learn and apply this' steps.
4) Create a good title for this program (Ex. Lose 10lbs in 40 Days, 4-Weeks to be a Runner, etc.). Make it outcome-oriented and niched down especially if you've seen the title somewhere else before. Add a new number of days or weeks, or a new focus (Ex. Lose 10lbs Eating Paleo, 4-Weeks Treadmill Fit). Look at popular magazines and book covers that host experts kind of like yourself.
5) Place your program, product or membership or class on the Habit Change LAB - in your store - and sell it! Use Emails that Sell to sell your stuff regularly.

2) Create a Product
Create a product that stands on it's own and helps people make a positive change.
Do all the steps in creating a program above and then either video or audio-record it, add an action sheet or workbook to it. Or turn it into an action sheet, workbook, resource page, cook book, or anything else you want.
Make a mock-up of the product. Use MyEcoverMaker.com and create a book cover, or place your picture and logo on a computer screen so it all looks "tangible."
If not making a "program-oriented product", maybe you just want to design a journal, cookbook, resource page or something else that is helpful for people wanting to make positive changes and new habits happen.
