Create Your Program!
Concoct a worthwhile challenge.
Let's assume that you are just getting to know a person. They're looking for results and to love who they go to. You've got to start them out strong, on a program towards some tangible outcome! Without this, they may feel like they are not getting what they want.
What challenge can you give a person? You're a coach, right? So choose a challenge that is in your area of expertise. If you are a health coach and want to guide people towards better digestion, choose a quick start in Digestion health like weight loss, bloat free in 3 weeks.
Consider who your niche is. Find the outcome they are looking for.
Brainstorm a few top outcomes. Pick your favorite.

Craft a title for the program - let it be outcome-oriented.
It should clearly let a person know what they'll get.
Name a folder on your desktop and put all of your program pieces in their - the branding, the survey, the affiliate list for that program.
Consider having a survey for assessing the level of interest in your program, topic and title by those who you think would be a good fit out of your past clients or friends and others.
Why not take a poll on the outcomes people want or the program topics and titles they're interested in?
It can be simple... which do you like best:
1) title 1
2) title 2 or
3) title 3
Ideas for titles:
"Get ____ in ____days"
"The _____ (desired thing people put value in doing) Plan"

Decide on your steps - Choose roughly between 1-5 steps for a person to effectively take steps forward in your program. You can start with the steps or you can start with what they are meant to use, the tools or products that go with the program. Explain briefly each step. Simply create an outline for yourself and keep the steps simple and clear.
The client will... (What?)
1) Do action 1
2) Do action 2
3) Do action 3 (3 is sufficient)
4) Do action 4, then
5) Do action 5
When you think about what the client should do, consider what, at the end, you want them to show, display or convey. They should have acquired knowledge or skills and you should be able to assess it by having them: show you, tell you, do something you can see, experience or hear, take a quiz, create something unique or evaluate which is which when presented with information. The basic question is, if you were to evaluate that they know what to do, how would you?
Mark out your steps. It takes these steps to be ready for the actions and the evaluation, and to have fun and make it pleasurable.
What are your steps towards the outcome?
Also, what is the time-frame for your program? I recommend a quick-start program be no less than 10 days or no more than 6 weeks. Keep it succinct, feeling like the right time to actually see results, and action-oriented, without demanding all of a person's time.
Also, consider what resources you'd like to supply with your program.
Supportive resources might include tools like: trackers, calendars, recipes, recipe book, a journal, a checklist, a template or a script, a template they can use, an idea-book or page, or any other resource, visual or something else that helps a person do their best through the program.
Would you like your program-users to have a tool for going through your program?

Would you like your program-users to have a tool for going through your program?
How do you want to deliver this program?
"Live" - via text, Group meet (Zoom, Google Meet, Lifesize.com), or via Teleconference (freeconferencecall.com)
Or would you rather create this thing and have it done?
If you want to create it, what do you want to create?
A video series
An audio series
A workbook
A book
A recipe book
A class
A workshop
A tool with training (to get an outcome: like a workbook, journal, checklist, etc.)
Ask yourself how you want to deliver it. In person? Or record or write it?
If your are placing a product into the marketplace...
Create a PDF for the book, workbook, etc. (You can start with PowerPoint and create the pages, then save as a PDF when you are done. You can add charts in the PowerPoint pages very easily).
If you have a video, audio or written program that explains what to do and when for your digital product, use a PDF if it's a written training (turn into a book or workbook), or create an MP3 file for your audio training and explanation, or upload your MP4 file for a video training and explanation.
If you are placing your program into the marketplace...
Create a PDF that someone can download and get the details of how to meet up with your group or your class this month.
If you are working 1 on 1, create a "Booking product" from your Habit Change LAB coach dashboard.
When you on-board someone to a booking product you've created...
Consider if you have questions for them first, before you meet-up with them. For example:
What's your biggest challenge?
What have you tried before?
Consider your schedule for these quick-start program workers. Choose the days and times that you will dedicate towards your quick-starters. The other spots are for your committed members, those with long-standing spots that meet regularly maybe every month or every other week.
At the end of your program or product, and after you set out a goal of what they will do and they take the steps to do it, consider, what is the re-evaluation for these people. They either makes some check-ups on themselves before and then do it again after, or you make someo checks on them before and then go over it again after they've completed their time and the steps.
You've done it, yay!

I invite you to head inside as a coach. It's free, just 8% (+ Stripe fees) to sell your stuff.
After you've completed your program plan, consider what images you want. We go over this in a training inside.
Add an image by using your picture as the coach. You can use this template here.
Consider what your title font and colors will be. Keep with those fonts and colors for the marketing, the digital product mock-up (I use www.Myecovermaker.com) and your worksheets, book or action sheets.
Keep it simple. Branding can just be adding the same color in your titles or creating a header with the title and images or a border to your action sheets with your colors that go with this program.
Describe your program or product:
Outcome-oriented title (Get...outcome, Finally, get in action towards...outcome, Work this for outcome)
Then add some bullets about where they may be challenged (like 3)
Then add some bullets of what can be instead (the outcomes & benefits - like 3 bullets)
End by making it sound simple: Just 3 weeks!, Just 3 steps, Easy skill-training!, Make it happen!
Then...
Price it
Yay! You did it.
