How do I know this is right for me?
If you are desiring transformation in your life and are of sound mind and health, ready to work through a system for Habit Change, this is a great step for you. This is also right for you if you can show up on the phone and for online meet-ups and be respectful to others.
We work in the topics of Health, Eating, Fitness, Productivity, Relationships and Habits for Success however nobody will be telling you exactly what to do or offering psychological or medical advice within the program.
What's key in this program is that we focus on what you know works, we gather really good information for you and then we roll with your innate intelligence as we work to open opportunities and rewire your habits removing blocks, negative thoughts and blind spots that keep you stuck or self-sabotaging. You will be masterminding with the people in this group who come from different backgrounds. If you are in need of medical or psychological counseling rather than coaching and masterminding, we recommend contacting your primary health care provider.

How much time will this take?
We meet virtually, as a group two times a month for 60-90 minutes each day. When you begin you will be given information about how to start so you can support others in the group. The goals is that you make important transformations in your life with a group supporting you as well as you help them change their lives too. This peer-coaching way is a helpful, effective way to change your mindset by guiding others in what you are using and giving as well receiving the benefits of transformational work.
