What is the Habit Change LAB™?
The Habit Change LAB™ is a virtual program created to get you engaged, get you motivated and give you accountability in working towards meaningful, healthy, productive, new habit changes.
What habits do we focus on?
Dr. Julie is an expert in Health, Fitness and Wellness with a Doctoral degree in Chiropractic, a Bachelors degree in Human Biology and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation. We really focus on healthy changes in whatever most calls you. The goal is to first uncover what is calling you before you work on outcome models and action steps. You may be called to work on your health or it could be that you need to start with your career or money management places. You may be called to be more productive right now or do a better job in your relationships or other areas that are within your ability to manage.
What this is not is counseling, therapy or medical advice. We encourage you to seek qualified attention if you believe you have a concern that needs professional assessment or guidance. This is for those who are of sound and stable mind, mood and health who are ready to make necessary changes that impact your circumstances and outcomes.
